"Got great service from them in December! I had an issue and believed I had fixed it myself. But I was about to go on a road trip and I wasn’t confident that I had solved it.

They checked it out and confirmed it was doing pretty good, but if I wanted to be positive they recommended a simple part replacement. They said they could do it but that considering what I’d already worked on they said I’d have no problem doing it myself. It’s not like they would have made a fortune off of pushing to do it themselves or something more expensive but it was a class move and very helpful."
